Van joined Rootstock Hospitality group in 2022 with 30 years of restaurant experience. He attended Carmel High School and graduated from IUPUI. After college, Van returned to the restaurant industry and has successfully opened restaurants in Indiana and Alabama. Van lives in Carmel with his wife and is a proud dad to two IU graduates. During his free time, Van enjoys finding his next DIY home projects
