Brian brings over 20 years of restaurant experience to Another Broken Egg Cafe.  He is a native of Kentucky and moved to Indianapolis over eight years ago.  Brian graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism.  He is married and lives in the Giest area with his four awesome kids.
