Dominick Berger

Dominick is the eldest of six siblings, born and raised near Ft. Wayne Indiana in small town called Avilla.  He found his passion for food by helping in the kitchen while spending time with his large family.  With his love of travel, it has expanded his knowledge and creativity in the kitchen.  With 20 years in the food industry, Dominick has worked with a few franchise's to help train top level management.  "Family is of the upmost importance and Another Broken Egg Cafe has provided me with my dream of working with a family oriented company while being able to put my fiancĂ©, kids and family first."
