Josh Holifield

Josh leads the kitchen teams at Capri, The Brickyard Smokehouse, and the Another Broken Egg Caf├ęs.  Another native Hoosier on the team, Josh grew up in Brazil, Indiana where he first fell in love with food and the culture behind it.  As a young child, Josh would ask for grills and other kitchen toys for holidays establishing his love for food. Josh has had the opportunity to work with a number of different restaurants specializing in a vast number of cuisines from Korean to Italian to Japanese to BBQ.  Josh previously worked with Ryan and Andrew in the past and was excited to join Rootstock in 2019.  Josh lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two sons.
