Born in Indianapolis and growing up on the west side, Missy graduated from Danville High School.  Missy began her hospitality career in the hotel industry before deciding to switch to restaurants.  Missy is now the General Manager of the Brickyard Crossing Smokehouse. When asked what she likes most about Rootstock, Missy says “I love this company because I have a chance to learn from some of the best people in the industry that have many years of experience. Every day of work is something different and I have a chance to meet all kinds of people.”
