Ryan is one of the co-founders of Rootstock Hospitality Group. He was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana. He attended Carmel High School followed by The University of Dayton. Ryan and his wife have two beautiful kids, Kaci & Ashton and call Noblesville home.  Ryan started in the industry 25 years ago as a second job right out of college. Ryan began his career as a dishwasher and has worked every job in the restaurant business, eventually getting into management and leadership roles.  Prior to founding Rootstock, Ryan served in various leadership positions including as an Operating Partner and Director of Operations for a large national steak house chain.  He started Rootstock with his friend and business partner Andrew Vudis because they wanted to help build a company that is as respected as it is respectful.
