Eric Du

Eric is the Executive Chef at ABE Meridian.  Eric has trained and worked at all of our Rootstock Restaurants but has found the love of the ABE Brand.  Born in Michigan, traveled through the plains and spending some time in California, Eric has come home to Indiana to be with family and start his own one day.  The love of tatoos and Asian food keeps him busy in his off time!
